Communication was fantastic from pre-visit to during and post visit. Place was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed

We had such a great stay here! The house was adorable and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was only about 15 minutes from all of the Disney parks, which made getting back and forth with the kids super easy. It’s also really close to the Old Town strip, where there are tons of restaurants, shops, and fun things to do in the evenings. The Disney-themed bedrooms were such a fun touch and our kids absolutely loved them. It really added to the whole vacation experience and made the place feel extra special. And I have to say, my unexpected favorite feature was the high-tech toilets 😂 They were honestly amazing and such a fun little luxury we didn’t know we needed! Overall, this was a super cute place in a perfect location, and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay.Nice, clean and pleasent.The decorations of the house (Disney-themed) have actually been given much more thought than we have seen elsewhere, and we actually enjoyed them. (We have stayed in/near Orlando app. 15 times, and even though Disney-items are often found as being a part of the decorations in our rentals, we have not previously had the same experience of “taste” with regards to decorations. I do believe children will find the rooms being magical. Well done!)One suggestion would be to add a coffeetable although, but that might just be us.

This was very comfortable place to stay. I loved all of the Disney decor throughout the home. Every morning I sat out by the pool and enjoyed my coffee before our day began. It is located in a great place to explore Kissimmee and Orlando. The communication throughout our experience with our stay was superb and greatly appreciated. I loved the open floor plan in the common area. It was a very quiet community and we felt very safe there. If we go back to Orlando area, we will go back to this home again if available.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations and created exactly the kind of magical experience you hope for when visiting the Orlando area with kids. The Star Wars and Toy Story décor was well done and the kids loved it. It struck the perfect balance between being exciting for the kids and still comfortable and stylish for adults. The entire home was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days at the parks, it was great to come back to a comfortable space with plenty of room to unwind. The location was also ideal—close enough to Disney for convenience, yet tucked away in a quiet area where we could recharge. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had as a family, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

There is so much to say about this property! The host from the beginning was very informative, keeping me informed with everything involved with this home. I knew everything provided and everything we needed to bring along. The moment we walked in the house we felt 100% at home! Our kids settled in the amazing themed rooms and were so excited to check out their home for the week. When I say this is the most well stocked home, from the bathrooms to the kitchen, I mean it. It had absolutely everything we needed, and one thing we couldn’t find the host had shipped to the door the next day! Derek was available for any questions we had during our entire stay, and super helpful with anything we needed. The home itself was super clean and so well themed. Even down to the smallest little details. We hope to stay here again in the future. I’ve never stayed somewhere that I felt so completely at home. It was truly a home away from home for our week long trip.There isn’t a negative thing to say about this property, except having to leave and go home. If you’re looking for a perfect Disney home, this is it! Highly recommend and will be recommending to friends.

From the moment we inquire until check out the host promptly communicated. Location was everything for a family with children it had everything we need a lazy river and pools. From the moment we enter the doors of the villa it welcomed us with a great scent of cleanliness. The kitchen was completely stocked. I have stayed in multiple villas and by far it had everything we need and more in the kitchen. We appreciated the extra mile the host has done to make us feel home away from home experience. This villa accomodated our family of 5 and our friends of 5. Having 6 children and florida weather being unpredictable we appreciated the splash pool and the esthetic of the lights on the pool it made the experience fun and inviting. Rooms where spacious and clean and beautiful decorated. This place in currently on our save location for future vacation. Can't wait to go back to Star Wars, Toy Story Villa. Thank you to the hosts, Derek and Lauren and for every details put together for our enjoyment.

Derek’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and detailed — everything was clearly explained ahead of time, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The house looked exactly like the pictures — clean, stylish, and very well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, just minutes from all the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas in Orlando. The amenities were top-notch — from a fully equipped kitchen to extra towels, comfortable beds, and even small touches that made a big difference. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean. Host was very helpful and location was close to Disney

The property was great. It was very clean and loved the themes of the rooms. The kitchen and bathroom contained everything we needed. The main living area was great for a day after the parks with the ability to take a dip in the pool. The property is located in the middle between Universal, Sea World and Disney all very convenient to get to. It is also closed to the Citrus County Convention Center. The property was very secure with a friendly gate staff. Derek was very helpful answering all questions I had.

Great place to stay!

This was our first time staying off Disney property and this place did not disappoint. Owners were easily assessable with any concerns and the place was so cozy. Location is great and resort pool was nice as well. My kids loved the theme rooms and the kitchen is beautiful. Highly recommend and plan to stay her again soon:)

We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, spacious, accommodating, and cozy! Lauren and Derek were so easy to work with! Definitely will be going back and have already recommended to friends!
